The essential components of your heatrex heat pump
-
Compressor
Increases the pressure of the refrigerant and ensures that it flows into the condenser.
-
Vaporizer
Extracts heat from the environment (air, water or earth) and allows the refrigerant to evaporate.
-
Capacitor
Releases the absorbed heat to the heating system by condensing the refrigerant and making it liquid again.

Why our customers trust us
Feedback from satisfied customers
Verified customer
We were convinced by the design and price. The heatrex pump looks much more stylish than those from other manufacturers. Additionally, the super friendly and competent team really had us.

We submitted the form and received the offer in a short time.
After a brief conversation and an on-site appointment, it was clear: everything is perfect here!
Jens A.
Verified Customer
The entire communication was excellent. Especially the option to choose an installation date from the available slots in the calendar. And not to mention the price/performance ratio. We are completely satisfied.
Schwandke
Verified customer
I was surprised there were few complications for a “start-up.” The installation took one day longer than promised, but I was willing to overlook that. I was also offered a 9KW heat pump, which is completely sufficient (90 sqm underfloor heating and three radiators on the upper floor).

We submitted the form and received the offer in a short time. Everything went smoothly. Friendly service!
Max F.
Verified customer
Since the installation of the heat pump, our home has become not only cozier but also more budget-friendly.
Tine V.

Thanks to the heat pump, we are enjoying not only lower energy costs but also a comfortable indoor climate. Quiet and effective!

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I receive government support for installing a heat pump?
Yes, government subsidies of up to 70% are possible. The so-called heating replacement subsidy can be applied for via KfW starting February 27. Our heat pumps are listed by BAFA as eligible for subsidies – meeting all technical requirements for government support. Please note: this funding is only available in Germany.
Are heat pumps expensive to purchase?
The initial investment costs for heat pumps can be higher than for conventional heating systems. However, long-term energy savings are often significant, which can offset the investment over time.
What advantages do heat pumps offer?
Heat pumps are extremely efficient, lower heating costs, reduce CO2 emissions, provide year-round heating and cooling, have a long service life, require little maintenance and help improve indoor air quality.
What types of heat pumps are there?
There are air-to-water heat pumps, air-to-air heat pumps, brine-to-water heat pumps, and air-ground heat exchanger heat pumps. The choice depends on local conditions and individual needs. heatrex® offers only air-to-water heat pumps for private use.
How does a heat pump work?
A heat pump uses a refrigeration cycle to absorb, compress, and transfer heat energy into the building. In heating mode, it extracts heat from the environment and releases it indoors. In cooling mode, the process is reversed.
What is a heat pump?
A heat pump is a heating and cooling technology that extracts heat from a low-temperature source (such as air, water, or ground) and raises it to a higher temperature for heating or cooling a building.
