Yes, government subsidies of up to 70% are possible. The so-called heating replacement subsidy can be applied for via KfW starting February 27. Our heat pumps are listed by BAFA as eligible for subsidies – meeting all technical requirements for government support. Please note: this funding is only available in Germany.
The initial investment costs for heat pumps can be higher than for conventional heating systems. However, long-term energy savings are often significant, which can offset the investment over time.
Heat pumps are extremely efficient, lower heating costs, reduce CO2 emissions, provide year-round heating and cooling, have a long service life, require little maintenance and help improve indoor air quality.
There are air-to-water heat pumps, air-to-air heat pumps, brine-to-water heat pumps, and air-ground heat exchanger heat pumps. The choice depends on local conditions and individual needs. heatrex® offers only air-to-water heat pumps for private use.
A heat pump uses a refrigeration cycle to absorb, compress, and transfer heat energy into the building. In heating mode, it extracts heat from the environment and releases it indoors. In cooling mode, the process is reversed.
A heat pump is a heating and cooling technology that extracts heat from a low-temperature source (such as air, water, or ground) and raises it to a higher temperature for heating or cooling a building.
