The entire communication was excellent. Especially the option to choose an installation date from the available slots in the calendar. And not to mention the price/performance ratio. We are completely satisfied.

I was surprised there were few complications for a “start-up.” The installation took one day longer than promised, but I was willing to overlook that. I was also offered a 9KW heat pump, which is completely sufficient (90 sqm underfloor heating and three radiators on the upper floor).
